We believe you will be 100% satisfied with your products from BioKap. However, should you ever find yourself dissatisfied, we do have our ways of making it up to you. Our products work, making it easy for us to stand fully behind them. After a few weeks of use, you’ll know if the product is right for you. We'll take any product back within 30 days, even if it's partly used. We are more than happy to replace your item with something else or give you a 100% full product refund once the product has been received returned. In order to begin processing simply mail your item to back to us including your original order number and the reason for your return and/or exchange.
